You have the right to exchange or receive a refund on the items you have purchased within 60 days of their delivery, providing that the gear can be returned without visible damages.

Return requirements:

Once we have received and approved the returned goods, you will be credited within a few days. Mailed returns or exchanges must be returned prepaid. We do not accept cash on delivery packages. 

Amok Equipment AS is not responsible for lost packages. We strongly recommend insuring your return packages. A refund or exchange will take place once the products are received by Amok Equipment AS or one of our representatives.  Refunds will be paid to your Paypal account or credit card, and it normally take 3 to 5 days before your account is credited.

Before returning a product you must contact returns@amokequipment.com to get a return authorization number and shipping address. Remember to include your name and Paypal transaction ID (invoice ID) as returns depend upon your location.
